OPD Appointment Refund Policy

Our Commitment

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds of Outpatient Department (OPD) consultation fees booked through the Ananya Hospital website. We aim to be fair and transparent in our processes.

Refund Eligibility

Cancellation by Patient (More than 24 hours before appointment)

A full refund of the consultation fee will be provided if you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellation by Patient (Less than 24 hours before appointment)

No refund will be provided if the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. This is to compensate the doctor for the reserved time slot.

No-Shows

If a patient does not arrive for their scheduled appointment and does not cancel beforehand, it is considered a 'No-Show'. The appointment fee for No-Shows is strictly non-refundable.

Cancellation by Ananya Hospital

In the unlikely event that an appointment is canceled by the hospital or the doctor is unavailable, you will be entitled to a full refund. Our staff will contact you to either process the refund or help you reschedule with the same or another doctor.

How to Cancel

To cancel your appointment, please log in to your patient portal on our website, navigate to 'My Appointments', and select the option to cancel. Alternatively, you can call our helpdesk at [Hospital Phone Number].

Refund Processing

All eligible refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, etc.) within 7-10 business days.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule your appointment without any penalty up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. Please use the patient portal or contact our helpdesk to do so.
